My place of national origin is Houston in the mid-fifties. So by the time I became aware of what the Great World was doing and how it worked it had entered the Hippie era. Thus I became a Hippie and always have been and will be one. I retain the values of love, peace, freedom, and tolerance that were espoused at that time. Also being from the South, I learned to be a Southern gentleman and to treat women with courtesy and respect. I will not be an arrogant jerk. My reputation is one of being mellow as the month of May and fun to be with. People also say I am intelligent and articulate, and I will take their word for it. To claim that for myself would imply conceit. I am open to discussion of anything. There are many things other people know that I don't, and what others have to offer always enriches my life.
